Julie Mulonga

Director, Eastern Africa - Wetlands International

Julie Mulonga is a seasoned professional with just over 25 years’ experience in the water and environmental sectors.

She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Planning and Management and a post-graduate diploma in IWRM. She is currently undertaking a PhD on the climate change vulnerability of mangrove-dependent communities in Kenya. She has worked for Wetlands International for the last 10 years. During these 10 years, her greatest passion has been working with communities on wetlands conservation and restoration.
